1st Official Meeting - 9th May 2020

1.Attendance & Apologies:

2.Previous meeting’s minute:.  
The first arranged meeting through Zoom was during class and we only did self research to decide on the topic on 8th May 

3.Agenda:
Should we work on the blog and presentation side by side?
Discuss about the layout of presentation
Distribution of work

4. Concerns:
How can we communicate with  each other easily?
How to balance the workload in a way that we can finish in a specific amount of time?
How should we ensure everyone is working at the same pace to avoid last minute hurdles?

5. Action Items:
5.1 : After discussing how to divide tasks and how to ensure there is consistency in work. We decided to make a google docs file on which everyone can post their work so it is easy for the person whose part comes before or after to understand and work accordingly
5.2: We decided that helding a lot of meetings will require a lot of time so small queries can be discussed in the group and one meeting a week will be must to review the work together and to decide how to improve it
5.3: Video editing and Presentation part to be decided in next meeting
